Two basketball camps coming up at Blue Ridge Elementary School are set to begin on June 4. The 22nd annual Mighty Mite Basketball camp will be held June 4 through June 7 from 9 a.m. until noon. |

Blue Ridge, Georgia is located in Fannin County in the North Georgia Mountains. It is quickly growing out of its little mountain town status and rapidly growing.Lake Blue Ridge is a popular destination. Lake Blue Ridge is a great lake to water ski, wakeboard, or enjoy any water sports. There are many shops in downtown Blue Ridge to visit. Blue Ridge is also home to one of the few remaining drive-in theaters that can be found. Blue Ridge is also home to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway- a tourist train that runs to McCaysville and Copperhill, Tennessee. There are also mountain bike trails, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and many outdoor activities to enjoy in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
